About the Role
Office Admin will assist the General Manager in completing administrative tasks required in running a 20+yr old Wrigleyville-based, luxury home remodeling company. Areas of focus will include bookkeeping, generating and interpreting financial reports, GL and Work Comp administration, payroll, data entry, event planning, email and calendar management, and other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have advanced skills in bookkeeping. Strong candidates will also be meticulously organized, have impeccable written communication skills, be eminently trustworthy, have worked with Xero before, and live in the Wrigleyville area.
