Participate in initial client consultation meetings in support of sales team
Monitor design phase in preparation for subsequent estimation
Develop consistent, descriptive, and accurate scopes of work
Develop accurate pricing for internal carpenters and trade subcontractors when necessary
Participate in project budget presentations in support of sales team
Enter final accepted estimates into project management system
Monitor projects in progress for estimation accuracy
Working with Project Manager, develop scope and pricing for change orders when necessary
Lead post-mortem assessments of project budget vs. actual costs
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years experience estimating interoir remodeling projects
Excellent written communication
Ability to utilize estimating software to create comprehensive estimates
Strong background in interior remodeling
