Title: Business Development Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will focus on generating leads through networking with industry professionals such as designers, architects, and high-end real estate agents, as well as involvement in clubs and organizations targeting affluent homeowners. The ideal candidate will have a magnetic personality, excellent communication skills, and a knack for connecting with industry professionals and affluent clientele.

Responsibilities:
Network effectively to generate leads and cultivate relationships within the remodeling, interior design, and luxury real estate industries.

Engage with affluent homeowners through clubs and organizations.

Utilize software tools like HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Gmail to maintain a robust database of contacts and leads.

Provide weekly reports of generated contacts and directly attributed leads to the General Manager.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have

  • Strong networking skills with a highly polished and well-spoken demeanor.

  • Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM, Google Calendar, and Gmail.

  • Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

  • Four-year degree

  • Must show demonstrated proficiency in finding and connecting with affluent clientele
