Volunteers Build Playgroung in a Day

July 19, 2010 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Kids in Chicago's Bronzeville community will soon have a new place to play.

More than 200 volunteers from the Home Depot, Oakwood Shores Housing Center and Kaboom helped build a state-of-the-art playground --in just one day!

The playground, which is located on east 38th Street on Oakwood Shore's property, officially opens early this week.
